Services provided:
Pelling created over 70 separate packages for a new Wickes lighting range. Using Wickes guidelines, supplied text & photography Pelling systematically organised, designed and planned up a range of SKUs, spread out over several different sectors.
Although relatively straight forward from a design point of view, this was a huge logistical task with Pelling co-ordinating with the 3rd party supplier, Photographer, Copy writer, Wickes and printers. It required a clean work flow system so we adopted the full use of our in house client relationship Manager (CRM) to maintain control over each separate item.
We had to liaise with each supplier directly to make sure we hit all mile stones and of course the final deadline. This process also required a strong understanding of print and packaging processes to guarantee the end product met all expectations.
